Dental care is an investment into your health and well being. We work with dental plans when possible and our reception can help you get the greatest possible benefit from the plan. We always provide estimates in advance of any payment. There may be variables during the treatment process and as much as we try to anticipate the it cannot always be so.

This may impact both the cost and time of the treatment and when possible we try to keep you advised of this as it happens.

As we work with your insurance company please notify us of any changes in your plan or address/phone numbers. Your insurance plan is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. Insurance companies will not provide us with information directly. That responsibility is that of the insured.

At the time of treatment you will be responsible for any portion not covered by your insurance plan. We accept cash, debit, Visa, or Mastercard. Payment is expected at the time of treatment. We work with most in province dental plans and are happy to assist you in understanding your benefits. Amounts not covered your insurance plan are your responsibility.

APPOINTMENTS: Rescheduling, Cancellations, Missed Appointments

We request a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. Appointments that are missed may incur a fee dependent on the length of the appointment.
